DSL Service

Our DSL service might seem a little more
expensive than many phone companies, however, unlike the phone
companies, we do not have any contract term. The price does not
jump up drastically at the end of some trial period. There are no
early termination fees (other than the current months service). You may use
the service for as long as you like, the only minimum is that DSL
is sold by the month, no partial month service is available
(except when signing up).
You will need a DSL modem. The modem
that comes with most computers are not DSL modems. A DSL modem is
a separate hardware device that converts the phone line signal to
the computer. If you already have a DSL modem you should be able
to use it*, unless it is a service specific modem (some companies
do make modems that work only with their service). When signing up
for our DSL service you will be given an option to purchase a
modem from us.
We do not require you
purchase your DSL modem from us. You are welcome to use your own
or purchase one at your local electronics store*. |
