False Email Notice

We have been informed by a few customers (Thanks to Peter, Carl and Joseph) that a falsified email is being sent out in our name. This email claims that there is a problem with your email settings or the email account was disabled, and to run the attached program. DELETE the email if you receive it. That email is not from us and it contains a virus.

If we send out notices to change any settings we will include some information such as your account number to help prove authenticity. In any case you are always welcome to Email us directly or call to verify that we sent the email. In most cases we will send you to our website to retrieve the information whenever possible.

The last falsified email looks like the one below and contains a zipped attachment, please delete it if you receive it.
