Please Note: Use these directions as a
"workaround" until the email sending issue is resolved. You will need to
change the SMTP server back to "ccwebs.com" when the issue is resolved.
We have created a SMTP server on one of our other servers to use
until this issue is resolved.
- Start Outlook Express.
- Click on "Tools" in the top tool bar.
- Select "Accounts" (click on).
- Click on the "Mail" tab if you are not already on it.
- Select the ccwebs mail account (double click on it) a dialog box
will open.
- Click on the "Servers" tab.
- Change the "Outgoing mail (SMTP)" server
from ccwebs.com
to:
smtp.safepages.com
- Make NO other changes!
- Click "APPLY", then click on "O.K.".
- Close the dialog boxes and Outlook Express.
- Restart Outlook Express, you should be able to send email.
